Every console has got a hero ,SONY PLAYSTATION has crash bandicoot or Lara, NINTENDO, has Mario, So for each new console released i think that its fine that they have one game that includes the heros in. Otherwise the console might notto sell as well for the friends of Mario friends or the Crash Candicoot friends and even the Sonic Freinds. They also would'nt have any ways to advertise the console as well with some other new charater acting as the consoles hero, they always make a game with the hero in it ad it is usually the most worked at game on the console and gives a better first impression, thus makeing more people want to buy the console.
