Can't believe it he passed away with a brain tumour at the tender age of 57.
I remember going to watch him in a charity event at my dads old work place. Got an autograph off him at the end of the game and had a good 10 min chat with him.
A great footballer with a huge personality. A Question of Sport was never the same when he left the show.
My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

I never got to see how he played in the past as I wasn't born then, but I had the pleasure of being coached by him in Butlins near Wales, got a picture taken with him and a autographed piece of paper.
Seemed a very pleasant guy too bad I was crap at football until a year later :p
