Today sees the launch fo Firefox 1.0

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

They aim to take 10% of the browser market by 2005, a figure I'm sure they will acheive

I managed to get my Web Developer 0.8 extension (finally), so I'm happy. I also like the 'go' button, about time that poped up.

Although overall, I'm finding Firefox 1.0 to be a little slower than 1.0PR.

seems ok, except most of my extensions are now incompatible >:-(

EDIT: i retract that, only 3 of them weren't compatible at first, but a reinstall of 2 and a small update to the other and we're back on track.
i'm very impressed, i can't think of many commercial apps with this good a support system, the product is out less than a day and the extensions already have available updates?? nice.

Just got it. It's only been on the site for about half an hour. I tried at about 10:15 and they still had the public release version there. I wonder how many downloads they will have had in the first hour/day/week.
