Looking for some high-octane, adrenaline fueled driving songs so I can replace the shocking soundtrack on Burnout 3.

Already thinking along the lines of Orpheus, Song 2, Beautiful Day, Pumping on Your Stereo, Just a Day, Seven Nation Army, Come Back Around, Burn Baby Burn... etc etc

List your recommendations people :-)

Much of what's on the Chili Peppers' recent albums I find very easy to listen to while driving.

Going back further in time, their live cover of Jimi Hendrix's 'Crosstown Traffic' is definitley one for high-speed down that dual-carridgeway or motorway, among others.

I've also found Queens of the Stone Age's music makes a good addittion to any road trip; however short or long.

I find I simply HAVE to have some music playing while I'm driving, though. It also helps if I know and like the song. It helps me to relax and stay calm. Not to get all hot, bothered, angry or nervous. Even when I'm singing (or just whistling...) along.

I even make my own lyrics up, for example, when someone's driving right up my behind. ;)

For the most part, yes.
Unless of course you mean the Slipknot album.
Cos that doesn't rock
Kiss does, but that's a different matter of music.

You don't seem to understand.
Of course you don't.
Unless you realise I'm talking shiit.

I caught about an hour of watching someone else play Burnout 3.

Flawed soundtrack throughout. Mostly Skate Rock.

Appauled, even though I wasn't even bothered about Burnout 3.
