For the love of GOD help.

I'm trying to stick my CD's onto my lovely nice new Ipod.

ITunes meanwhile, as I attempt to "import" my music insists that they cannont do it as an unknown error has occured.

It is days like this that make me want to cry.

MP3,AAC is what it mostly needs to upload.

Some CDs won't upload coz it is the evil WMV.

One cd was in wmv format and there was 100s of thousands of complaints by ipod users.

Yeah, I use iTunes, on both Mac and PC, to rip my CD's to AAC. Then I transfer it across using, well, iTunes.

Re-install iTunes. Also make sure the importing options are ok.

But iTunes comes with the operating system and has done since the first mac os x so you would have to reinstall the OS.
