2) Remember GTA on the Playstation? Those people dressed in orange doing a konga line kinda thing? When you ran them all over in one, the word "Gouranga" would appear on screen. Now, ive seen this word on bridges too and after no success with google... does anybody know what this word means?

Yeah i've seen them badly posted on bridges...always though it was some hippy thing
