Big hit in my local radio station, apparently.

Ha ha ha, what have you been under a rock for the last few months? It was Romania's Eurovision entry, and it's the most catchy song ever, with the funniest video I have ever seen. Notice how the words don't actually fit in with the chorus after the translation. Excellent. And you can say "Uber, uber, uber-gay" to the chorus, and it fits better, and is truer. My girlfriend made me look up the lyrics (honest), and it's something like "Your face, and the love of the Linden tree, you can't, you can't, you can't take me". Genius.

I didn't pay attention to Eurovision but it got played a lot on holiday!

ha its so bad it is so cool, it was on the music channels all the time in tenerife as you lie there recovering from a night on veronica's!! Classic song even more classic video! The best bit is either when he pauses on Haiduc looking really contemplative or the random art in it such as when the little one becomes an alien.

Oh and theres the lyrics from some dodgy romanian site i just googled. I prefer a botch russian rambling though!:

Ive seen it quite a few times on the music channels, as monkey_man says the video is hilarious. Especially that guy that walks around with his shirt undone to look cool.

One of the lyrics is clearly "razor blades a-numa-numa-numa-yay" and "ce zoon, ce spoon" is another weird one!

has anyone seen the extended version of the video? the music goes slow and plays kind of tinny in the background, after the plane crashes the sit and look at a photo album of their zany adventures on Ozone airways
