Where the hell do you think the smaller companies buy their diesel/petrol from?
Yus, BP (amongst other major companies, I should add).
Whoever created this retarded "masterplan" then felt compelled to share it with us needs to be shot. In the head. Several times.

As to the original plan, whoever made it, is a fool that must have saw the prices and immediately starting banging a dictionary on the keyboard because it's so wrong.
