Yeah, bit like resi evil with more emphasis on making you feel creepy than shock value. The graphics aren't brilliant but some of the game has a genuine unpleasant feeling to it.

Good game... and I don't like horror games.

Its a really great, unique game! There are some truly scary moments and with the surround sound on and up will chill you to the bone.

The insanity meter is a great idea and there are some moments when you really think your losing your mind!

The graphics are great, the music is spot on and the story is superb.

I believe its a cut above Resi and i'm sure you'll think the same.

Pick yourself up a copy and give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

I didn't like it, but then I'm not a big fan of survival horror. The levels were pretty formulaic and the magic and combat systems annoyed me. The only genuinely interesting bits were the insanity effects but as you're supposed to be avoiding seeing them it kinda defeats the object.

It's certainly different, pmup up the Surround Sound and play it at night (horrible horrible cliche but it does work in this case) and it really is quite something.

A bit too linear for my liking and there was bagger all variation with the combat. Was nice to play something different though at the time and it was a break from the slower paced Resident Evil.

It's definitley one of the better Cube games.

EDIT: I didn't like Eternal Darkness all that much, although I think it's better than Resident Evil. It's a very interesting game, but the controls are pretty wooden.

I got it for 7.97 on saturday. It's amazing. I reviewed it a while ago, go see if you can find the review.

Are you some kind of advertising feature? or did you copy parts out of a mag?
The graphics aren't that great and the story is ok. I sold mine, got bored.
