Lots of stuff.
There is a virus floating around, Jack annoyed the President, some massive set ups inside CTU, Kim is no longer a complete ditz, there was a jail break, some Delta teams floating around in Mexico, some stuff with drug dealers, Nina reappeared, Sherry reappeared and the President is having a hissy fit with his biggest backer.

The dvd of series 3 is meant to be released in the UK on July 26th, so if you haven't seen it and don't know anything about this series, I'd wait and buy the boxset, rather than asking people to spoil the series for you.
