Done both of them already, it doesn't seem to be happening anymore. It normally shuts down when i've been on the PC for about 5 mins but i've been on here for about 2 hours and nothings happened. Might have something to do with the Fix Tool Sasser.
for good measure I would run the fix blast as well

I looked for it and was no where to be seen.

I'll try.
To remove for good, as outlined by norton:
Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)
Type regedit
Then click OK. (The Registry Editor opens.)
Navigate to the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
In the right pane, delete the value:
"avserve2.exe"="%Windir%\avserve2.exe"
Exit the Registry Editor.

>Product ID (where the hell do i find that!!!???)
Its normally on a sticker stuck to the side or bottom of your machine.
I went to the Microsoft site and followed the steps to getting rid of this sasser thing until it told me to use Microsoft Update, i tried updating it but then a promt came up saying something like my Product key number is invalid and that my PC could be pirated. Im 99% sure that its not because i remember buying this PC from PC World about 3 years ago, so now i cant insall this critical update i need meaning im stuck with this damn Virus!
I tried to e-mail microsoft but it came up with this crap about entering my Product ID (where the hell do i find that!!!???) so now not only can i not get rid of this virus but i cant even get help from Microsoft!
Help?
Its happening now and i only have 10 seconds left, ahhhhhhh!!!!!!
