Welcome to Freeola's Wrestling and Martial Arts forum. Below are a few simple rules, which we politely request that you try your hardest to conform to, so that everyone can enjoy this place.
1. The posting of news stories from other websites is encouraged, this is a good way to promote discussion, However, please remember to quote your sources, so we can all make a judgement about how legitimate the story in question is.
2. Reviews of shows and events should be your own work. Wholesale copying from other websites is not allowed and any offending posts will be removed.
3. If you are posting results or happenings from an event which the majority of the forum have yet to see, please make sure to include '*Spoiler*' in the thread title. As a rule of thumb, this should be done until the first UK airing of a given event/show.
4. If you don't like wrestling or martial arts, please feel free to go to one of the other forums offered by Freeola. There is no need to post about how fake/rubbish/gay you think it is.
