i just added my own chat forum with the builder and i cant find how to add user profiles on the my forum all i get is the user name and comment
can anyone help.

Not exactly sure what you mean. If you are using our Instant Site Builder then if has no forum but I think you are using our MyForums service.
I'll pass your query onto the person in the know and see what they say.
