Suggestion for Status page. There are 4 replies
Original Message posted by Hmmm... on 20/06/2008 at 6:05:11PM
Suggestion:

When I view the Freeola Status page it's sometimes not immediately obvious which entries are new.

This is because the date always shows as today's date.
i.e. TEMPORARY ADVISORY ANNOUNCEMENT 20/06/08
even though some of the entries may be days or weeks old.

It would help me if the 'announcements' had the actual published date displayed.

Yep, the sort order and date stamps are now in place.

We haven't got anything prepared by way of an RSS feed but we'll give that some fresh consideration.

Thanks for the feedback!

That sounds good loki.

Hopefully you can manage to include a date stamp along side each announcement to help clarify things...

Have you managed to add an RSS feed which has been mentioned a couple of times here?

Spooky!!! Since I started writing this you've updated the Status page - I'll go and take a proper look :¬)

EDIT:
You've got the dates in there, thanks!

Thanks, that's a good suggestion.

We're actually updating the network status page layout a little later this week, and the announcements will soon be shown in reverse chronological order to bring the latest changes to the top.
