I just checked my site configuration and there is global site time zone drop-down with London listed as "UTC+0" - so its my site not taking BST into account (grrrr).

Look at the time via your FTP client...

The normal Freeola servers I use seem ok at the moment - I do keep my eye on them :¬)  web server times slipped


Which server are you using - if it's the VIP one's I don't use them.
