I've got the same problem, using Firefox. Lets hope the engineers at Freeola can provide their usual excellent service. Look at it this way - you wouldn't get 'snail mail' on a bank holiday, maybe the POP3 server feels the same wy.

you are not alone - I have been having this problem for the past 7 or 8 hours. Fingers crossed the Freeola staff are on the case when they come in for their bankholiday shift...

On the 'Customer Service Centre' page it mentions a 9am start on Bank Holidays so I'm sure they'll be on the case soon...
