Original Message posted by Hobbes on 27/06/2008 at 1:58:05PM
I'm itching to get started building my first ever website with Freeola Instant Sites! but I want my site to have a forum on it.  Please can anyone tell me if this is possible with Instant Sites?  Thanks!

You can use the forum service alongside an Instant Site or any other type of website.

The forum will appear at a subdomain of your main site's address (e.g. chat.yourmainsite.com). Then you can simply link to the forum from your main website (whether it is an Instant Site or anything you like).

Thanks Loki - that's great, can I do that with an instant site or do I have to go for the web freedom option?  (sorry - but I don't really understand the difference!)
Thanks again

Hi Hobbes.

Forums are not currently one of the page types that can be created using Instant Sites. However, you can use the Chat Forum Hosting product to add a forum for £2 per month more.

Hope this helps!
