That last one sounds pretty much what I'd like to do, though I guess I could consider VIP hosting as well.

I want to avoid Instant Pro for this one, though I've briefly been playing around with it for my practice website and it's actually not bad.

There is a web development environment called Joomla.  It's known as a Content Management System (CMS).  You can download it from www.joomla.org

It is extremely flexible and allows for logins with different access levels.  You would need MySQL enabled on Freeola to be able to use it as it is database driven (very simple though).
