This game is exclusive to nintendo wii and is one of the best games for nintendo wii. Also, the game is in the series of The house of the Dead.
Overkill,  is undoubtedly a success, and what appears to be an all new era of The House of the Dead on Wii. The interface is stock full of huge poster art, character cut-outs, screen shakes, mini-games and film scratches. The game's "Grind House" look sets the tone for plenty of movie references throughout the adventure, the characters are slightly over the top (by the amount of swearing in it). The zombies look life like and the background look well  graphicly designed. The character that remains the same is Agent G but you are playing him at the start of his career.
You are able to buy and upgrade weapons with the money from the end of the level. Finding hidden "golden brains" in the levels also raise the amount of money (there are 10 in each level). The game also brings in a new experience by the gamer (if successfully hitting a zombie and not missing a shot continually or getting hit themselves) gaining what is called a Goregasm. This enables the player to gain 1000 points for each hit after getting a goregasm.

However, this game is not for the faint hearted as it contains alot of blood and guts. Also, the amount of language in this game is awful and does at times spoil the game. Plus, i feel that the sounds of the zombies sound nothing like what they should sound.

Overall i give this game 9/10.
