After seeing Full Auto on sale for the bargain price of £9.99 I decided to take the plunge and part with the cash.
Certainly the bargain of the year, after smashing through the career mode for a few hours it became clear that even at the usual £39.99 this game would provide plenty of entertainment.

Full Auto is a driving game with a twist. Each vehicle has it's own abilities as you'd expect with any driving game but add a range of weapons for causing mayhem and destruction to your opponents and surroundings and you get something that will place a huge smile on your face from start to finish.

Graphically this game turned out to be a lot better than expected, like most next-gen titles it looks sleek and colourful. Certainly a lot better than some so called next-gen games out there.

Full Auto seems like a bit of a cross between burnout, project gotham racing and twisted metal. You race through various locations trying to kill your opponents and win the race, with machine guns, rocket launchers, mines and grenades to assist you and also some boots and the unwreck timer to get you out of tight spots there really is a lot to get to grips with.

The unwreck timer allows you to reverse time, so if you brake late and slide into a wall you can just reverse time and brake a little earlier and avoid the smash - it works quite well although it is limited to how much you can use it.
You'll also get wreck points for destroying your opponents, other cars, buildings and pretty much anything that will explode and crumble when you hit it - at times it just seems like constant explosion after explosion as you race along the city streets.

The online mode is equally impressive, being an oldish game the online mode can be a bit quiet but if you get a few mates online then your in for some right laughs. Played a few good games with a bunch of friends and ended up almost crying with laughter and some of the outcomes of the races.

Full auto is certainly different to most driving games and offers a refreshing change. Nothing quite beats getting overtook on the second to last corner and then smashing a rocket into the guy in first place to take the lead and win the race. Add in the fact you can now pick this game up at bargain prices and there really is no excuse why you shouldn't give it a go.
Great entertainment value on the 360 for less than £10 - can't beat that!
