Aliens :)
It was about aliens trying to rewrite human DNA.  They were trying to turn humans into aliens with this audio signal.  People who heard the signal got infected which made them bad guys who would then try to implement some devious plot to further the alien's cause.  The series was about this government team implementing the Threshold plan to try to counter this threat. 

It wasnt too bad a series, but I cant say as I'd ever recommend it myself as it didnt even last a season.  So it was dead before it even got started, and of course very little of the storyline ever gets a conclusion.

Is being re-shown on the Sci-fi channel. It's really rather good (especially next to crap like Lost).
