There's a Rambo 4 trailer knocking around on youtube.  Stallone, who doesn't look a year older than when he was in First Blood, jumps onto the back of a gun wagon, cuts the gunner's head off with one swish of his knife, then turns the 50 cal. machine gun onto the wagon's driver at point blank range and shoots him into little chunks which blow all over the place.  He also manages to rip a guy's throat out with his bare hands, and yes, the explosive arrows are back and being put to good use.
