Arthur C Clarke has died today, aged 90, in his home in Sri Lanka.

I had the chance to speak to him over video link a few years back and he was one of the frontrunners in Sci-fi, paving the way for most modern Sci-fi alongside other big names like Issac Asimov.

He will also be remembered for his great Unexplained series which brought Fortean subjects to the masses via informative investigations.  The series has just been made available on DVD.

It's pretty much what he said a few years back at the Convention.
