When people post a question in the two techie forums it would be useful to know if people are asking about Freeola InstantPro sites or normal Freeola sites - standard or VIP.

People often don't say and the answer will sometimes be totally unsuitable.

Perhaps another form field or tick box when people raise a thread? Or at the least a text prompt asking for details of the Freeola related service?

As a note there are some technical issues with this forum at the moment. This will prevent users from creating a new thread within this sub forum until it is resolved.

Well gotta look after you haven't we? ;)

Apparently the change has been made and tested. When you submit there is now an additional line asking the poster to state whether they use IP or non-IP.

As always thank you for the suggestion.

Would be a good idea but how much demand is there? Generally if people are gonna ask for help they fall in to two categories:

1) People who give you all the information you need and then some.
2) People who don't, no matter what hints you give them ;)

I have nodded the nice people in marketing in this direction, and they will decide I assume.
