Original Post:
Ok so we do wasp nests

so my question is in the keywords do i mention wasp nests each time as in

Wasp nests in wellington, wasp nests in Taunton, wasps nest in bristol, etc

or do i write it:-

wasps nest,wellington,taunton, bristol

I read "in" is a stop word and there is no need to include it?

the same applies to postcodes in keywords would it be

TA1.TA2,TA3,TA4 etc

or

TA1,2,3,4,etc

any help please
Thanks

It would be legitimate, but whether or not a search engine would think so is a different matter.

If you think that people are most likely to use a postcode in their searches then you can do so - you don't usually see that sort of thing though so I'd of though just putting the names of the towns would suffice.

As we do cover all these postcodes would it not be legitimate? I dont like seeing the long list of towns postcodes but if it needs to be then I have to.

You can put 'Wellington Wasp Nests', 'Taunton Wasp Nests', etc.

It's largely up to your discretion and how you think people are likely to type these terms in to the search engine and which way around people are most likely to word things. This might be of some use to you.

As for post codes, you will need to put TA1, TA2 etc. because search engines will read TA1, and then just the number 2 as a separate word and not a postcode.

Just be careful not to look like you're stuffing your page full of keywords though, because search engines don't particularly like that.
