You can put 'Wellington Wasp Nests', 'Taunton Wasp Nests', etc.
It's largely up to your discretion and how you think people are likely to type these terms in to the search engine and which way around people are most likely to word things.
This might be of some use to you.
As for post codes, you will need to put TA1, TA2 etc. because search engines will read TA1, and then just the number 2 as a separate word and not a postcode.
Just be careful not to look like you're stuffing your page full of keywords though, because search engines don't particularly like that.
