Smash Bros online is fun too.

You'll need to add our Wii codes to your console, then when both match up they will link. (ie you can't just do it one way by adding someone's code, both of you have to add each other's)

I can see that getting really tedious, I wonder why they didnt do it like the other consoles.

When you get a few games, it's a never ending stream of inputting friends codes.

Smash Bros Brawl is fun, I loved Power Stone so its my kind of a game, too bad you all have Mario Kart instead :(

You never used to pay for the internet channel, but now you do.

And, yes, you can use iPlayer with it, and YouTube.  In fact there is a Wii-specific version of YouTube available, as well as a load of flash games that can use the Wii remote.

You can find your friend code by going to the message icon and starting a new message, it will have an option to display your friend code. 

Take a look at the code list in the game forum and post it, add ours too!

Okay I got my Wii and set it up :) not sure what my friend code is. So does the Wii have iplayer yet? Is it worth getting the internet channel? I didnt realise you had to pay for it. If it is worth getting can someone buy it for me as a gift, then I'll send you a couple of pounds on paypal as I dont want to buy the whole 2000 points.

im still loving the xbox and getting to grips with everything and getting it all sorted. Got the wireless bridge sorted and working fine. So all happy now and got Blue dragon on Saturday which looks like a good RPG!

Went to my parent's house yesterday and found out that my dad bought a Wii too.  Nintendo are really cleaning up!

Anyway, we went out to Harvester in Taunton.  Lovely food and the most massive dessert I've ever seen.

But now have a stinking cold, hence getting in to work late today.

Watched Teeth at the weekend, yeah.... don't, thought it would at least be slightly comical. In fact it just sucked, apart from one scene in the cave (no pun intented) which was kinda freaky.

If it's your first Super Smash Bros. there's a chance it's going to be a marmite thing. But if it hits, you made the right choice.

Personally, Mario Kart is the perfect multiplayer game.

Mario Galaxy is over-rated.

Asda Entertainment are run by The Hut as is Lovefilms retail dept & Currys entertainment (they are all the same company).5% cashback via Quidco available making it a possible £17.03.Its not in stock though so you might have to wait a couple of weeks to get it.

I think I just bought a Wii, me and my little brother are going to share it. I think he's getting it with Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it was either that, Mario Kart or Mario Galaxy. Did we make the right choice?

Morning guys, sounds like it's going to be a nice weekend with Sun and everything!!

Shame I'm here today all day then on a train/in a pub all day tomorrow so I'm going to miss it!

I'm worn out. I just had my first go on the Wii. We played bowling first and that was good. Then golf which was fun and finally boxing. My brother went first and he did about 4 fights, each lasting three rounds, so I was surprised when I did the first 4 fights with KO in the first round. Unfortunately I started to run out of steam and only managed to win 2 more fights before quitting. Overall it was good fun and I give the Wii a 7 thumbs up.

Cool - well thanks for the offer. But i kind of exhausted my money with the wireless bridge and 12 months subscription, used some vouchers for them but then spent a bit on it aswell!

Just Cause is a free roaming island adventure where you take down a drug lord.  Lots of explosions, weapons and vehicles to use and loads of side missions on a huge island.

Crackdown is a TPS in a comic book style where you play an enhanced cop with powers that can be improved through collecting orbs.  Think GTA with superpowers and some nice armoured vehicles.

Suppose I could sell Dead Rising as well.

Maybe 2 of those for an Amazon voucher?  or is that too much?

Game sucks :( due to some contacts I have *cough* I managed to get a hold of the game on wednesday, and I wasn't impressed. It's fun at first but it is quite frustrating and repetitive. Plus I don't really see any replay value in the game either.
