I think they should leave it and redo the first movie again in ten years or so. I can see it doing well again.

Worth reading.

There is some talk of another CGI or live action film which revisits the origins from the comics, but I think the origin story has been done enough already.

I never read any of them. :( When I think of TMNT I think of our family trip to Florida when TMNT2 came out in 1991. We saw a show with them fighting in those costumes and we bought these delicious TMNT apple pies (not really a pie) covered in green icing.

Maybe it was B-Movie role-play and they didn't mention that the man was dressed in a black suit, cape and top hat, with a large curly moustache

It's like those film moments when in the heat of passion it cuts to fireworks and trains going through tunnels

Morning guys :D

I thought I'd be worn out from playing Wii boxing for over an hour but I think my body has got use to it now. No more aching arms.

Thanks a bunch for doing that for me pb. I woke up this morning and saw the CD drive thing doing a blue light show for me. I had no idea what was going on, I thought I left it on all night or something heh.

The browser is really good, I didnt exect the YouTube screens to be that big. Hmm I wonder if youporn and redtu.. nevermind heh.

I'll play on it some more later, I tried out iPlayer and that was good. A real shame we can't download onto the Wii though, as I'd like better quality especially when I watch documentaries.

I'll go post in the games forum, I want to play some of you on brawl, I had some laughs last night playing against quite a few people. Sometimes it went a bit slow but I think that was because the Wii was so far away from the BT homehub.

------

I demand a review of tropic thunder, so if anyone goes to watch it make sure to post your thoughts as I'd love to see it myself. (Tewkesbury doesnt have a cinema)

------

Here's something for the 80ies kids, a gold star for the fellow who can name the guy comforting April.

Good work, I took mine last year to a Carling Cup game and she seemed to enjoy it.

I hated that, I didn't realise it did that until the first week I got my Wii and got woken up at like 1 am as my room was being lit up by an irritating blue light!

I'm hoping Machie wakes up to a flashing blue light this morning.

No, he's not getting arrested, but I sent him a message on his Wii and it should be flashing to let him know (assuming it's on and he's not turned the blue light off for message alerts!)

Fair shout...it was a poor game I heard.

Don't know what is going on with Rovers though, they managed to keep a tight defence for most of last season (and we just didnt have a decent attack force) so hardly any goals.

No new defenders (same back four) but new strikers and we are scoring loads, but then conceding loads.

Make sure you enjoy the game and, probably best to get the best seats available if it is a once a year thing.

Emmie, good call to train your girlfriend to enjoy football :p Must be a tough job...

I might do, supposed to be over my girlfriends so I might not be able to get away. To be honest I think it will be a rather poor game and not worth the effort.

Yeah I feel that way but this is the one time per year we take my little sister to a game so I'd rather have better tickets in East or West upper rather than with the 'proper' fans...

You saw a poor draw? I was at White Hart Lane on Sunday to see the worst game I have seen for years!

Hopefully i made the right choice!

Morning.

Hope you get some decent tickets though Butch, although for me, just being at a football game is a great experience.

Went away to Yeovil on Saturday and spent a nice 4 hour stretch in the sun (managed to get sunburnt as well) to watch a poor 2-2 draw.  Can't complain that I am not seeing many goals this year.

Might see that tomorrow, Emmie, if I can get to the cinema.

Freind wanted to go tonight, but it's the wife's birthday, so probably not the best day...  :)

Because it's Nintendo!

Smash Bros online is fun too.

You'll need to add our Wii codes to your console, then when both match up they will link. (ie you can't just do it one way by adding someone's code, both of you have to add each other's)

Wow I didnt know it would be this good, then I really need to get it. I sent you an email pb and added you on my wii. I'll have to add the rest of you too.

Smash Bros Brawl is fun, I loved Power Stone so its my kind of a game, too bad you all have Mario Kart instead :(

You never used to pay for the internet channel, but now you do.

And, yes, you can use iPlayer with it, and YouTube.  In fact there is a Wii-specific version of YouTube available, as well as a load of flash games that can use the Wii remote.

You can find your friend code by going to the message icon and starting a new message, it will have an option to display your friend code.

Take a look at the code list in the game forum and post it, add ours too!

Okay I got my Wii and set it up :) not sure what my friend code is. So does the Wii have iplayer yet? Is it worth getting the internet channel? I didnt realise you had to pay for it. If it is worth getting can someone buy it for me as a gift, then I'll send you a couple of pounds on paypal as I dont want to buy the whole 2000 points.

Morning all.

Went to my parent's house yesterday and found out that my dad bought a Wii too.  Nintendo are really cleaning up!

Anyway, we went out to Harvester in Taunton.  Lovely food and the most massive dessert I've ever seen.

But now have a stinking cold, hence getting in to work late today.

Morning all, another gloomy start to the week!

Watched Teeth at the weekend, yeah.... don't, thought it would at least be slightly comical. In fact it just sucked, apart from one scene in the cave (no pun intented) which was kinda freaky.
