What stupid kids :/
@Emmie, glad to have you back.
Haven't heard any fireworks yet, we don't have our local one till 7, so the celebrations will have to wait. Probably a good thing as it's raining a lot here.

Too true, had completely forgotten it was bonfire night tonight. Guess it's because I'm not planning on going to any firework parties this year for the first time in ages...

When Episode 1 came out, my brother bought lots of figures and just left them in their box. I think everyone else had the same idea, so I don't think they'll be worth much more than what he paid.
I feel sorry for people who collect Star Wars merchandise. There's just so much of it and the majority is rubbish. Who the hell wants an action figure of a character that had 3 seconds of screen time anyway.
Also as much as I like Boba Fett he's not worth $13,000

Used the new Oxford Circus 'X-Crossing' yesterday - much better than it was!
Can't quite see why it cost the reported £5m though?
Bit of new paving, coloured tarmac and Shellgrip, re-phase traffic lights, remove railings - job done! Should have just cost a few thousand £s...
People were treating it a bit like the London Eye, apart from this is free ;¬)
Hmmm... @twitter

I've just figured out the flaw in the Christian right of America. They're following the wrong character from the bible.
Let's see. They seem to be standing for;
-Massing as much money in a free market as possible
- Rights to bear arms
- approval of removing any upstart countries that might threaten their country or status.
That's it, they're following the masterplan of King Herod. It all makes sense now ;)

Morning.
I feel this topic is being neglected again. Come on people!
Well, it was dark again this morning, at least until I got off the bus for work. Not ideal, really.
Still, it's the middle of the week and I have a meeting tonight for new School Governers. Probably means a lot more work and I'm half wondering whether I should have said yes to the role, but there you go.

Thanks pb, now downloading. You brightened up my day after no game again.
If it dont turn up tomorrow i am starting to think it might have been swiped, which would suck as all i keep hearing is how good the game is.
But L4D2 will keep me happy for tonight. But it is 1.69gb and it will take me a while to download ol

Yes Emmie, it's called Christmas...
Aside from an epically fun and messy party on Saturday the less said about this weekend the better.
On a lighter note, I am currently waiting on Warhunt and Numnut to get here to make me some tea before giving the Monster Picture Quiz IIX a go.

Anyone else wanting a L4D2 code, just pop in to GAME and ask. Supposed to be giving the codes away for pre-orders, but they seem happy to give them to anyone who wants one.

You lucky little swine, pb.
Morning all.
It was dark at 4.30 this morning when I was awoken by my son. Damned kids. In fairness I did get back to sleep for a bit, but I don't exactly feel fresh this morning.
Makes for a good start to an 11 hour day at work :S

Morning.
Hey, what happened with these clock changes? I thought it meant we got up in the light. Not this morning, it was all dark when I got up at 6:30am. I feel cheated!
Played the God of War 3 demo yesterday after Sony emailed me with a code. Nice game, looks very good.
Should hopefully get time to play the L4D2 demo today after getting a code in GAME yesterday.
