Looking outside my office window now it's completely pitch black.  Not looking forward to going outside.

Anyone else notice this?

Don't you fret pb, the seasonal 'wind-down' is totally normal, ever since June 21st (the longest day) we have had on average about 2 mins less daylight each day - not that you'd notice during the 'summer'.
This will continue until December 21st(the shortest day) - least daylight, most night-time!
Guess what, from this day onwards, we will get about 2 minutes more daylight - not that you will notice anything until mid-January.

Of course, it may seem even darker at present because of the inclement weather:-)

Yeah its getting darker alright, it makes waking up every bit a nightmare. Oh, and journey home that bit more depressing.
