I can't sing, but I can play the triangle. I have a few whistles, flutes, a guitar and a violin somewhere, but I wouldn't say I'm very good with them. What do the rest of you play? I'm guessing you've all picked up a guitar and had a go. How far did you get before you quit?
As for the name of the band, we'll call it 'Magnificent Machie & his Mates'. Okay we'll work on the title.

Fire and Ice is a good place, on a Monday night it is a good rock venue.
I have been to the steamboat a few times aswell as the others. Drum n Monkey is back open again now, and probably as rough as usual!
You should try play at a place called Co ck & Pie(wont let me spell it) - really good place and i go there a lot!

Yeha I got it Emmie.
We've played in Ipswich a few times actually. We've played The Steamboat, The Railway Tavern, Fire and Ice Bar and the old Drum N Monkey when that used to be open.
We will def get down to Ipswich later this year/start of next. Ill let you all know when we get our gig back on!

You'll have to wait and see, we are writing new stuff at the moment and our old stuff sounds pretty drab and naff. I'll let you all know when we have some more material I wish to share. :D

I got a guitar when i was about 10. It was something i really wanted to play. Then i decided after a while of learning i wanted to play the drums. I quit playing guitar and sold it. Then decided i didn't want to play the drums LOL
I wanted a guitar again and to continue learning but its something i never did.
Ive been told i can sing. But so have half the people on x-factor!!! So i wouldn't believe any of my friends :)
Ill just be a fan of this band, it's safer ;-)

I can kinda sing... Sometimes... If you just sorta get drunk, I'm actually not too bad =P
I once got through on X Factor, but Simon was flirting with me and said I couldn't do it, because he'd eventually end up in jail (yes, that is a lie, a very bad one).

I can sing, the only problem is that I sound like Simon Keeler from Onslaught if he had a really bad sore throat. Which doesn't sound too pretty at times.

A long time ago i could play the keyboard to a reasonable level and could drum to some extent but never got the chance to progress with it. Cant play any stringed instrument due to my wrists being twisted and not being able to reach around the frets. One day i'm going to buy myself the piano i've been after since i was 14.
