I've just been eating strawberries, rasberries, apricots and a peach courtesy of my work's breakfast.
While enjoying these it got me thinking whether I'd really miss unhealthy food all that much if I just had to eat fruit (as well as proper dinners of course!) I guess I mean snacks, chocolate and buscuits etc.
I guess I'd miss them at first but thinking how much I enjoy eating fruit I'd probably be ok doing without crisps and stuff. So why don't I? Well I guess it's because they are there and within reach. With kids around we always end up having something (in moderation of course) in the house and I tend to pick up something nice for work lunch times.
In addition, I'm very pleased that I haven't been back to McDonalds in over 3 months now. I feel much better for it too.
So would you miss junk food? What couldn't you live without?
