The Sims was a classic.
The Sims 2 was better, but it was basically the same game.

It's one of those games that is great to start with but after a while becomes repetitive which is why there's so many add ons to keep people interested.

I had the first one.
As a time-management puzzle it was fun. I could never get into the 'people' side of it, just bought the required things and moved on to the next level.
It was getting the balance right that was the challenge, everything else was just extremely shallow extras. Fiddling about with the decor? Not for me thanks.

The first was attention holding for a short time, but when you realise that the game becomes highly repetative after a short time, it looses all its appeal. And in most cases becomes frustrating and just plain boring.

Sims 2 is not very good. I have stopped playing it now didn't get Sims 2 my friend did it was ok. I had the normal sims.
