I need help I'm stuck in the section where you first face an agent in the sewers. You know, where you're supposed to plant a bomb but then you can't get back to Trinity and co and your left facing off against an agent.

Trinity tells you to shoot at the agent but I run out of bullets in a second. How are you supposed to ... I won't say defeat him because I doubt that you can but at least survive the encounter?
