Press start and then press R1 to get to the phone.It won't work straight away,but the next day you will be in a new house, on a new level and have lots of money.It is a really useful cheat.

i dont know if they work but its worth a try and is the sims urbz only for a computer game because i have never seen it for anything else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
