Woah just got my chippxero conformation from last week hehe.

Europe beta has started but is closed at the moment, i'm hoping to get in on that sometime before release.

They are looking for people to work on rose in the US at the moment, i am contacting them to work for them when they do the europe release, but i wonder where they will set up offices as Blizzard used paris for the GM's and tech support.

I've seen people running around with other names above their main one with an icon next to it so i think they're still going

Do they still have clan's running?  My clan kicked ass, you couldn't actually get into any PvP scenarios yet (as it was limited to the first planet) but we worked well as a team, and I levelled up so fast that way.

When I played, Muse's were always used for party support eg. healing, speed/power/defence increase.  This meant that you didn't have to keep going back to Junon Polis/Zant to get health/MP vials.  It's a good system.

The lake is one of the best places to level up, but you need to be 30+.

Well, the same people made Ragnarok online, which is free to download, but you pay a monthly sub.  It will probably be the same for ROSE.  I will definitely be getting it, I'm just waiting for the beta to finish.  THe idea of 6 other planets is wonderful. :)

I definitely enjoyed my time playing it tonight, also nice to play a MMORPG on a server that doesn't crash constantly or have extremely high lag (i'm looking at you WOW)

Is there a time limit on this beta version?

Yeah, coming from experience, the Hawker kicks ass.  Especially when you use Katar's- your attacking speed is always higher than that of other classes, plus you can use the sprint skill... very helpful.

Ah, I thought they'd do that.  It was crazy a few months ago.

You could buy +5 Jams for 70,000Z in Zant, and then after a short trip (made even shorter by wings + sprint skill) you could sell them for 100,000Z in Junon Polis.  Repeat, and you'd be minted.

Let's just say I had a lot of stat-increasing jems... ;)

Had a quick blast on it last night after it downloaded, looks pretty good though i'll have to get used to the movement system after playing WOW. No doubt this will steal endless hours of my life :-D

A new mmorpg that looks pretty good.  It's just started its open beta session and is probably worth having a play.  Im downloading it at the moment from good old fileplanet.  Just thought you guys might be interested.
