Better hurry up and get it before it comes down so low that it's impossible to get hold of. Don't be put off by people saying the dungeons are repetitive. They're the same people who think the dungeons in Disgaea aren't repetitive.

I think the Dark Chronicle dungeons are repetitive.
But I love Disgaea's.
Think on that.
In conclusion: DC is a pile.

But you got to use a wrench and take photos and meet little oompa-lumpas! What's not to like?

The complete lack of any enemy AI?
The endless randomly-generated dungeons?
The rubbish, stuttering plot?
The godawful design of the building system?

Oh yeah ... I loved having to write down which building materials I needed, then moving out of the design mode, out of the area, on to the train, and buying whatever crap I needed at stupid prices.
Such fun!
Really made me want to build to my heart's content, being charged for the pleasure and forced into meeting certain requirements in the process.
And you can move people in the houses!
Although if you ever want to use them, you have to go all the way to where you put them, if you can even remember, rather than doing it through a menu.
Lazy, lazy, rubbish game design - the game's major problem.
