HiIm a new gamer,so on this game im crap, ugh, but i love to play it,i read the cheats, but i dont understand, how to bring up the command line. could someone please explain in layman,s terms. thnx.x

Assuming you're talking about the pc version, I'm guessing you want to bring up the console. You should be able to get to it by pressing the ~ key during the game (same key to close it as well).
