I thought it was "F" key which is USE, but he won't throw them back?

Have you changed any of the control set up? i think 'F' is the defult use button but i change it to 'E' but the tutorial doesn't know that i've changed it.
also i think you have to be looking straight down a thte nade and close to it.

Make sure you don't have two actions binded to the same key is all I can suggest.

It's not in there, i did look first, i'm not that stupid.
it says in the tutorial press use which is "F".
but when i try it nothing happens?
