Hey everyone!

Just had a thought - we all love a bargain. There is something satisfying about picking up that game you wanted for just that little bit less than you thought you would!

So why not have a topic that stays at the top of this forum, where people can post when they find a baragin. If you find a game going cheap on a certain website, or if a shop you know of is having a Sale that others might miss.

Just a way of sharing the Love! And saving some cash. Even if it will not be a topic that stays at the top....
ANYONE WHO KNOWS OF A PLACE AT THE MOMENT WHERE YOU CAN GRAB A BARGAIN, POST IT HERE!

Look forward to saving.

Excellent cheers. Although I would have thought FIFA 10 would be better than that if they were doing the console versions for 24.99 here and there :(

It's only for my step dad anyway so meh...

For MW:2 and any other pre-order, Argos have their 10% offer on so maybe worth looking at that.  Coolshop has it for £25!.

Apparently Toys R Us are doing FIFA 10 for around £25 ish (forgot the exact price TBH) as well if anyone has had trouble finding a cheap copy.

Left 4 Dead GOTY Edition £19.70 Xbox 360 : Here

Even though the sequel is out soon this is a great game and well worth getting for this price if you missed it.

Be aware that Tescos (and probably Asda) are doing the 1 per customer with the Fifa deals. My mate went in earlier to grab me and him a copy but was told he could only have one.

Looks like I shall be taking a trek into town on my lunch break.

The Tesco & Asda FIFA deals that I posted the other day are being confirmed on other forums.Think it was £28.99 at Tesco & £26.71 at Asda.Apparently stock is disappearing fast though.

The Tesco deal is also available online @ £24.97 delivered  :

FIFA 10 PS3 Version

FIFA 10 360 Version

If like me,you think that footballers are a bunch of overpaid big girls blouses and wouldn't really want to emulate them on our games console then Shopto have the rather excellent Need For Speed : Shift for £27.99 for the PS3 : Here

Price includes first class recorded mail, they take Paypal as well if anyone has any spare funds lying in their accounts.

Can get a little bit more of all of the above deals if you go through Quidco.

A few new titles and most of the older ones.  Gran Turismo PSP for £17.95 is pretty good.

Got L4D, now just need to download it, after 12pm I think!

Also saw they've still got the Unreal Collection on there for £9, very good set of games.

I'm getting L4D then, just have to log onto steam tonight!

I see the Rockband drums are back on Amazon, still out of stock but you can order them, price has gone up slightly to £19.99, but still worth it.

No problem mate.Hope the sources are correct, though TBH I am not surprised the big supermarkets are going to use cheap copies of FIFA 10 to get people into their stores as it will obviously do just that.Reckon stock will disappear fast though.

Steam are apparently doing Left 4 Dead at half price this week (about £12.50) for the PC.Even though the second one is due out soon it's worth getting for that price if you missed it as its a blast online.

Just what I was hoping to hear, cheers Pete. I think a trip to Tescos on Friday will be required.

Fifa 10 + Crate of beer = Friday night sorted.

Been told this will be of interest to RPG loving PS3 owners as apparently there are no plans for a European release?.

Demon Souls PS3 Pre-order  £35.90 + £1.98 p+p = £37.88 delivered to the UK.

Axelmusic pre-pay the taxes before shipping and send them in bulk to somewhere in Europe for UK shipping.Because all VAT has already been paid there is no chance of any customs hold ups.I have bought a few region free Xbox 360 games from Axelmusic with no bother whatsoever, they take Paypal as well.

@pete No. Just when I go home.

@Garin. Very true, but the idea is to try but I am excited by the game. And the problem with the free trial is you ahve to download it. My conn. is not fantastic and it will take a while, especially with lots of people doing the same.

The capacity issues are to be expected and can be forgiven as long as tehy try and rectify it. Which it appears they are, with a couple of new servers.

Unless you're really anxious to try it, why not just wait for the inevitable free trial anyway?  Seems they're having capacity problems already too so early adoptors probably wont get the best experience either

Or if you're feeling brave theres a trial for the chinese version with an english language patch (dunno if its still available though).

Ha ha reminds of the time I ordered a rare shirt from the 1970 FA Cup win.

When I got through to actually getting the confirmation email and the guy emailed me, it turned out is was for like a 10 year old girl.
HA ha.....

Looks legit to me ?.Item is sealed and can be seen in the photo.99p is starting bid,not actual price so doubt it will go for that.Seller seems fine,176 (all positive feedback),been a member for 2 years and checking his item history shows he has sold quite a few similar items.Getting games early is not unheard of,I have had pre-orders delivered on a Tuesday in the past (release dates are Fridays).Up to you though mate.

Absolute rubbish IMO (the price not the game :P). Although i've noticed them on the likes of eBay for £25.99, so check out there after release. For some reason, most people forget about eBay, but it's fantastic for picking up bargains, just remember to make sure the feedback of the seller is good and the price looks legitimate, and most importantly, check the postage! You won't believe how many times i've seen bids on things like guitars that are £0.99 from Taiwan and China, and the postage is £1000's!
