Lyme Regis arcade (probably now long since shut down) had loads of classics too, back when i was a kid and the Radio 1 Roadshow was doing the rounds.

The 2 Exmouth Arcades aren't too bad, but the one in town is scummy and the one on the beach front doesn't really have too many decent games.

TMNT was another arcade I use to play a lot :D I was always Leonardo.

That's right you young 'uns, it use to cost us 10p or 20p to play those machines. I think that's the reason why Im reluctant to play on the new arcades. I just dont think paying £1 or £2 is worth it. For £2 you could have played WWE Arcade for a couple of hours and still have enough money to buy Thundercats bubblegum and pay the bus ride home.

Not me!  Though it was on one of the 8 bit consoles too, if I recall.

We had Peter Pack Rat and then later on TMNT and Xmen at the comic shop.  A lot of 10p pieces went into those!

That's it! Sunset Riders, we use to play it all the time at the video store. Thanks for the name Nin, brought back a lot of memories watching it on YouTube.

Sonic 3 - Same as above
Golden Axe - The choice of 3 characters, the potions, the dinosaur things you could ride and the funny little elf things brilliant!
Streets of Rage - Beating people up in the street, the ability to pick up weapons. God its a chavs dream.

NES
Mario - First game I ever played, ridiculously addictive and endless classic.
Mario 3 - I used to play this for hours upon hours, the added weapons, the frog suits, the racoon, the different bowsers. To me this is the best game of all time.

Barts Nightmare

SNES
Zombies - At the time of release, this game was really something, gave me recurring nightmars.
Battletoads - Loved playing this with my brother, really good fun kicking, punching and pushing pigs.
Mario Allstars - Refer to Mario 1 and 3 above.
Mario Kart - Great multiplayer game sitting round a TV with your family and friends. Makes you want red and green shells when you actually drive.
Maximum Carnage - Brings back memories, playing as Spiderman and Venom trying to find carnage.
Turtles IV: Turtles in time - Amazing in the arcade, played this alot so had to buy it on the SNES aswell.

Playstation 2
PES 6 - Great multiplayer game, the editing feature adds a bonus

Playstation 3
PES 2008 - Great multiplayer game, especially when drinking and on lunch breaks at Freeola with ButchML or Luetchyboy
COD4 - Brilliant online, amazng addictive
GTA IV - Who doesn't love shooting people and trafficing drugs etc

WII
Mario Kart Wii - Follow on in the series of amazing multiplayer driving, the added online feature really helps
Wii Sports - Multiplayer fun, amazing how into the game you get and you actually build up a sweat.

This is why I love Freeola, no reasoning, no excitement. Just long boring lists of self obsessed drivel, that nobody can be wankered to read.
