I cant seem to make any money so, I just wanted to get a bit extra thats all! :)
(Its the first game I've tried to cheat on before finishing!)

Edit: What does L and R mean? the triggers or the thumbsticks or what?

Sorry, I havent been feeling to good lately so I couldnt respond!
I found out how to do 2 players almost as soon as I posted this. I just want to ask this though...
I've tried to get the cheats to work but nothing happens, you see, I wanted the extra money cheat...

You have to unlock it by playing the single player a bit, if it's anything like the first one anyway.
