I've completed Ninja Gaiden!
Took me long enough and god knows I sweared a lot, I've never been so happy to see the end credits of a game. Lot of fun, but also incredibly infuriating at the same time.
Now I get to play through again on a harder difficulty, with a lightsaber!

That game is so horribly hard. I got up to chapter 12, and the ice area was just ridiculous. I am now going to praise you.

Well done. I found this so frustrating that I took it back after 18 trys to beat the first boss! Well it is a tough game!!

I got up that snake-haired purple thing on Hard and gave up. A biatch of a game for sure.

You won't be getting NJ: Black then? The hardest difficulty is so hard that only one member of development team has acutally finished it.

Hardest bit in the game IMO is beating that Alma bint in the Cathedral. I really struggled with that boss fight for some reason. The fact you have to walk for quite a while to get to it, made it even more annoying.
I was quite suprised at how quickly I killed the final bosses. But then again I did fight these annoying flying piranha spirit things for about 20 minutes, just to make sure I had a ton of cash to sotck up on potions and scrolls from the shop. By the time I got to the final boss I was practically invincible, with all the stuff I'd bought.
Gonna start on one of the Hurricane Packs this week, me thinks.
