The Sims 2 is coming to console. It is on the official Sims website. This time you can control your character so if you walk into something it’s your fault. This means no more spending ages trying to get them to do what you want (hopefully). It may mean you can not control more than one Sim or at least you can’t do it very easily as you would have to switch and then guide them to where you want then switch and do the same again. In other words a lot of time to get all the Sims to the right place. Controlling just one Sim though has its advantages. They always do what you want and you know if they do something wrong. You would get to see their whole life.
There are lots of new features that aren’t on the PC version. Unfortunately, there are also a few things such as aging that can not possibly be added to the console games but the new features should make up for this.
There is a multiplayer option. This means playing on a split screen. You could have two people from the same Sims house sitting right next to each other. They would each be controlled by you and a mate. Just imagine if you could have up to four players. All next to each other on screen and in real life. There is so much more you could do. You can make sure you get to like each other and you can make sure things happen how you want. If someone is in the way you can tell them, they can move and you can carry on with what you were doing unlike the computer controlled Sims which can walk away or do something that gets in the way of you.
This Sims 2 game should be better than the other Sims games. It has a lot more to it and a lot more control.

I see nothing to get excited about here. The idea of The Sims is the most boring concept for a game I've ever seen.
